Eligible Participants

01 Professional Group: Master Chef Competition

Open to professional chefs, including Chinese and Western chefs, pastry chefs, bakers, etc. Catering enterprises are welcome to register as a team.

02 Non-Professional Group: Home Cooking Competition

Open to all food enthusiasts. Special welcome for entries of pregnancy meals, confinement meals, baby meals and other special categories. Food bloggers are also encouraged to participate and share creative recipes.

Awards

Participants purchase Yafei Wanlianqing Lacinato kale on their own, film the cooking process, and submit to the designated email.The organizing committee will select 10 winners from each group and award first, second and third prizes based on entry quality:

01 Professional Group: Master Chef Competition

1st Prize (1 winner): ¥2,000 cash

2nd Prize (3 winners): ¥1,000 cash

3rd Prize (6 winners): ¥500 cash

02 Non-Professional Group: Home Cooking Competition

Entry Requirements

1. Entries must use Yafei Wanlianqing Lacinato kale as the core ingredient (no similar substitutes allowed). Entries shall fully demonstrate its advantages: high nutrition, sweet taste, and stays green after long cooking. Please purchase from official channels such as Freshippo, Dingdong Fresh, Jingzuo Agriculture to ensure quality.

2. Entries shall be innovative, practical and delicious, suitable for hotel catering or daily home consumption.

3. Each entry must include: dish name, ingredient list with dosage, cooking steps, finished product display. Submission format:① At least 4 high-definition photos + written description;② Cooking tutorial video (1–3 minutes, clear picture, subtitles preferred). Videos will be prioritized in judging.

4. All entries must be original. Plagiarism will result in immediate disqualification. The participant shall bear all legal liabilities for infringement.

5. One participant may submit multiple entries, but each entry must be submitted separately.

2. Preliminary Selection: October 21 – October 25, 2025. Top 20 entries from each group selected for final judging.

3. Expert Judging: October 26 – October 30, 2025.10 final winners selected from each group.

4. Video Exhibition: Winning and outstanding videos will be broadcast on Yafei Seed’s official Douyin, WeChat Channel and Xiaohongshu.
