On the afternoon of September 3, Chen Zhiyong, Deputy Director and Member of the Party Leadership Group of Hubei Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, Ke Fengying, Director of the Science, Education and Technology Division, Yuan Shangyong, Director of the Vegetable Office, Wan Xun, Director of the Provincial Agricultural Technology Extension Station, Chang Yongjiang, Principal Staff Member of the Science, Education and Technology Division, and other leaders conducted an investigation at Yafei Seed, and held a forum with He Yafei, General Manager of Yafei Seed, and the core team.

At the forum, He Yafei, General Manager of Yafei Seed, reported to the leaders on the current achievements and development status of the company.

Yafei Seed is a provincial-level key leading enterprise in agricultural industrialization, featuring a strong corporate culture, a young workforce, outstanding performance in segmented fields, and remarkable achievements in specialization, refinement, differentiation and innovation. The company boasts a wide range of high-quality varieties, with a high market share in broccoli, broccolini, cabbage and cauliflower. It has taken the initiative to tackle key germplasm 'bottleneck' technologies, making contributions to the development of the national seed industry. Director Yuan Shangyong stated that the two sides could carry out cooperation in safe water-soluble fertilizers in the future, and hoped that Yafei Seed would continue to develop new varieties and focus on professional and characteristic directions. The excellent varieties provided by Yafei Seed are conducive to promoting the high-quality development of vegetables in Hubei Province.
