From February 6 to 8, 2026, all employees of Yafei Seed gathered at the Yafei Agricultural Science and Technology Park for a three-day year-end review, team building and celebration event, embracing the upcoming Year of the Horse with high spirits.

Review and Summary, Gather Strength for a New Start

2026 marks the first year of the 15th Five-Year Plan and a crucial milestone for the 20th anniversary of Yafei Seed. To thoroughly summarize 2025 performance and precisely plan the 2026 layout, the company held a company-wide 2025 year-end summary meeting. At the meeting, all employees took the stage in turn to review work achievements over the past year, analyze shortcomings and weaknesses, and propose breakthrough directions and concrete plans for the new year, laying a solid foundation for the Year of the Horse.

2025 was a fruitful year for Yafei Seed: the 20th anniversary celebration concluded successfully; the 80-mu new farm was put into operation; Yafei Wanlianqin Lacinato kale became a viral hit product in Shuyi Grass Jelly Tea; the national public welfare student aid campaign I Was Born in the Same Year as Yafei and the Yafei Seed Youth Empowerment Growth Program study camp were successfully held; and all sales indicators maintained steady growth. Reviewing these remarkable achievements, everyone forged ahead through exchanges and reports, full of confidence in the company’s future development.

After the summary meeting, at the gala on the third day, the company commended outstanding employees of 2025 and presented 10 awards including Excellent Newcomer, Gardener Award, General Manager Special Award and Excellent Team to encourage everyone to forge ahead and contribute more to the company’s growth.

The company also awarded Companionship & Growth Award to employees with more than 5 years of service and Loyalty & Dedication Award to those with more than 10 years of service, in gratitude for their perseverance and hard work.

Learning and Team Building, Strive for Excellence

With the Spring Festival approaching, the festive atmosphere was in full swing. To enrich employees’ lives and enhance team cohesion, the company carefully organized special activities including field study tours, fun sports meetings and dumpling-making.

In the experimental fields, Zheng Qingfeng, Manager of the Technical Department, led all staff to observe the growth of new varieties such as cauliflower, cabbage and broccolini stem, allowing everyone to directly experience the company’s strength. Inside the trial greenhouse, he also introduced in detail the upcoming new variety Yafei Wanlianqing Lacinato kale— crisp, sweet and fiber-free, rich in nutrition, and available to market after purple flowering Chinese cabbage, making it a new healthy choice for citizens’ Spring Festival tables.

In the subsequent tug-of-war competition and three-legged race, everyone fully demonstrated the united and progressive spirit of Yafei people. Working together and striving for the top, cheers and laughter echoed throughout the park.

Towards the end of the activities, everyone gathered to make dumplings and enjoyed the fruits of their labor. Amid laughter and festive joy, they felt the warmth of the big Yafei family.

Spring Festival Gala, Embark on a New Journey Together

On the third day of the event, the 2026 Spring Festival Gala of Yafei Seed kicked off at the Science and Technology Park with the cheerful dance Worship of Happiness performed by the park team. Lively dance steps matched the rhythm of the new spring, and joyful melodies lingered over the park. All employees gathered together in warmth, performing the 2026 spring overture of Yafei Seed and capturing the beautiful moments of reunion and progress.

The gala was full of wonderful performances: dynamic dances ignited the atmosphere; the humorous sketch You Have It, I Have It Too brought waves of laughter; inspirational songs A True Hero and My Future Is Not a Dream conveyed the power of progress; and multiple rounds of surprise lucky draws pushed the atmosphere to new highs time and again, with cheers and applause rising one after another.

During the gala, the company also presented honor certificates and cash rewards to the winners of the 2025 speech contests If I Were a Department Supervisor and If I Were the General Manager. President He also distributed red envelopes to the children of employees who attended the event. The bright smiles and sweet thanks of the children added more warmth and tenderness to the gala.

Amid the joyful atmosphere, all employees expressed their gains and touches of the past year with cheerful songs and lively dances, and conveyed their best wishes for the company’s future development.
