02 Eligible Participants

Open to all Yafei Seed customers, including growers, distributors, vegetable agents, etc.

03 Awards

Participants shall publish videos on their personal accounts such as Douyin, WeChat Channels, Kuaishou, etc. A total of 20 outstanding individuals will be selected based on the total online views of all videos during the contest period and professional judging by the expert panel, who will be awarded honorary plaques of Gold, Silver and Bronze Promotion Ambassadors of Yafei Seed.Awards are set as follows:

1. Gold Promotion Ambassador (1 winner)¥5,000 cash + Yafei Seed Gold Promotion Ambassador honorary plaque

2. Silver Promotion Ambassador (7 winners)¥2,000 cash + Yafei Seed Silver Promotion Ambassador honorary plaque

3. Bronze Promotion Ambassador (12 winners)¥500 cash + Yafei Seed Bronze Promotion Ambassador honorary plaque

All participants will receive one 20th-anniversary souvenir of Yafei Seed!

04 Entry Requirements

Short Video Creation Guide: Show your brilliance and win generous rewards!

1. Duration: 15–60 seconds, maximum 3 minutes

2. Themes: Promote new products, technologies and methods of Yafei Seed; record the joy of harvest, experience of product promotion, and best wishes to Yafei Seed

3. Quantity: Unlimited; at least 1 video per week is recommended; more videos mean higher winning chances

4. Content: Positive and uplifting; no vulgar, false, illegal or inappropriate content; no plagiarism; encourage original and positive works

5. Quality: Horizontal or vertical shooting allowed; clear and stable picture without obvious shaking or blurring

6. Others: No prohibited information (phone numbers, QR codes, websites, etc.) allowed; no excessive mention of other brands; no negative content harming others’ images

05 Schedule

· Registration: Starting from July 23, 2025Register with regional managers of Yafei Seed and fill in the application form to participate.

· Contest Period: July 23, 2025 – October 20, 2025Publish videos with the hashtag #20YearsOfYafeiSeed; videos must be reviewed by regional managers before release, otherwise they will not be counted.

· Data Submission: October 21 – October 26, 2025Submit screenshots of view data from Douyin, Kuaishou, WeChat Channels to regional managers for summary.

· Preliminary Selection: October 27 – October 28, 202540 outstanding contestants selected by the organizing committee based on view data.

· Expert Judging: October 29 – October 30, 202520 outstanding contestants selected by the expert panel.

· Video Exhibition: High-quality videos will be played at the 20th-anniversary celebration of Yafei Seed.

07 Event Notes

1. Free participation; no entry fees.

2. All entries must be original; participants shall be fully responsible for any infringement disputes.
