From August 29 to September 2, 2016, Director Tan Benzhong of the Agricultural Commission of Wuhan led a team to Japan for a five-day visit. Mr. He Yafei, general manager of Wuhan Yafei Seed Industry Co., Ltd., had the honor to participate in this inspection tour to Japan. The main purpose of this visit was to go to Oita City, Japan, and sign the "Memorandum of Agricultural Friendly Cities between Wuhan City and Oita City." Introduced by Mr. He Yafei, general manager of Wuhan Yafei Seed Industry Co., Ltd., he inspected the two Japanese seedling companies with the longest history and top scientific research capabilities in Japan-Japan Takii Seedling Co., Ltd. and Japan Sakata Seedling Co., Ltd. .

        During the event, Director Tan Benzhong presented gifts to the two companies on behalf of the Wuhan agricultural inspection group and delivered a speech on behalf of the agricultural inspection group. Japan’s Takii Seedlings Co., Ltd., Mr. Sugimura, and Japan’s Sakata Seedlings, Mr. Nakai Tomoji, also represented the two companies respectively, and expressed their warm welcome to the delegation.

The itinerary of the agricultural inspection group to Japan came to a successful conclusion. Entrepreneurs returned with full satisfaction and expressed their hope that in the future there will be more opportunities for direct dialogue and exchanges with agricultural experts and enterprises in line with international standards.
